Spain adjacent to the city of Valencia

Delicious and comforting, Paella is often a standout dish that connects cultures and brings people together. We are passionate about sourcing high-quality local ingredients. We believe this enables us to bring the best possible taste and flavour to you. We have developed our recipes to include a little touch of our French heritage whilst retaining that classical Paella essence.
